Connecting people and problems to legal solutions.

Adam Craig | Barrister Melbourne | Wills. Trusts. Equity. Tax.

I’m Adam Craig.

I’m a commercially minded barrister specialising in wills, trusts, equity, and tax.

I focus on finding pragmatic solutions to disputes, and aim to bring a sense of calm to litigation, particularly in matters involving complex personal relationships.

Before coming to the Bar, I developed expertise in the taxation of private groups, particularly trusts. I provided counsel on the commercial and tax aspects of some of Australia’s most significant transactions, tax policies, and legislative projects.

My background in tax matters involving trusts, commercial law, and succession planning prepared me well for practice in wills, trusts, and equity.

My broad expertise, empathy, and communication skills enable me to discern precise and forward looking legal solutions.

Personally, I enjoy good food and restaurants, ONA coffee, supporting the Tigers, and watching Test cricket.

I invite you to connect with me – feel free to reach out for a coffee.
